Hi, I’m Cora

I’m a medical herbalist offering person-centred healthcare consultations & bespoke prescriptions.

Herbal medicine can be adapted to many different health states and, with the support of a clinical herbalist, can be used safely alongside many other treatments.

My goal is to develop a cohesive and pragmatic strategy so you can find health, rather than playing symptom whack-a-mole.

I’m aware of the stress patients are under, as healthcare provision is becoming increasingly compartmentalised between specialists who struggle to communicate with each other.

I work to create continuity and better communication in your support network.

We can explore the wider context of your life such as food, daily rhythms, lifeway, and the demands placed on you (only as much as feels relevant and welcome to you).

My aim is to reduce pressure, strengthen resilience, and address root causes while also easing symptoms.
